A garlic bolt

Stir fried garlic with bacon

Ingredients: 1 small piece of bacon, 1 small handful of garlic moss, 1 carrot, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of water, a little salt / sugar, a little pepper.

Practice:

1. Cut the bacon into small strips, wash and cut the garlic moss into small sections, and shred carrot for standby.

2. Stir fry the bacon with a spoon of oil under the hot pot until it is oily, slightly burnt.

3. Add carrots and garlic moss, stir fry them, cook in cooking wine and water until the garlic moss is broken, season with a little salt and sugar, or sprinkle with pepper if you like.

Fried egg with garlic bolt

Ingredients: 100g garlic moss, 3 eggs, 50g peanut oil, 6G refined salt, 2G monosodium glutamate, 15 prickly ash.

Practice:

1. Clean the garlic moss and cut it into 3cm long sections; put the eggs into the bowl, add 2G of refined salt, stir with chopsticks and beat evenly; put the pepper into the bowl and soak it with 50g of water.

2. Heat 35 grams of oil in the pot, pour the egg juice into the pot, gently push and fry with a spoon, fry until the egg juice is firm, and pour out when it looks like a small flower petal.

3. Pour the remaining oil into the pot and heat it. Stir fry the garlic moss for several times. Cook the pepper water. Add the remaining refined salt and monosodium glutamate. Add the fried egg flowers. Stir evenly.

Pickled garlic sprouts

Ingredients: garlic bolt, vinegar, ginger, salt, a little sugar, soy sauce, seafood powder

Practice:

1. Wash garlic bolt and dry it.

2. The white part at the front is cut into small sections for pickling, and the green part at the back can be used for cooking.

3. Mix vinegar, shredded ginger, salt, a little sugar, soy sauce, seafood powder (it's ok if you don't change it into mushroom essence) and cold boiled water to make juice.

4. Finally sprinkle with pepper and mix well, marinate for one day.
