Red Radish

Red heart radish in cold sauce

Material: red heart radish 1000g, chili noodles 10g

Practice:

1. Take a whole piece of red radish, remove the root and wash, peel 1 cm thick and bring some red heart. Air dry for 3 days and refrigerate.

2. Put chili noodles in the bowl, add 30% hot vegetable oil into the bowl, stir into chili oil, set aside.

3. Take a large container of radish skin, put in chili oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar and mix.

Pork bone soup with green radish

1. 250g green radish, wash and cut into hobs quickly, 200g soup bone, wash and cut into pieces, appropriate amount of scallion and ginger

2. Boil it with water, add onion and ginger to make it fragrant, add cooking wine to the bone, then boil it, remove the froth, add the cut green radish and boil it for about 2 hours (add 3-5 drops of vinegar 10 minutes before turning off the fire to make the calcium in the bone better dissolve into the soup).

Materials: a carrot, edible oil, salt

Practice:
