Sweet potato porridge with osmanthus

Materials: sweet potato, rice, crystal sugar, dried osmanthus

practice

1. It's easy to cut the peeled sweet potato into the size of the thumb joint, add enough water to cook porridge at a time, boil the sweet potato with a big fire, put in the washed rice, stir it to prevent contamination, sprinkle it with crystal sugar, and don't move any more

2. Turn the small and medium heat when the pot is boiling again, and use chopsticks to stand the lid of the pot (please refer to one of my "Nina in charge" series for special picture instructions), so that the pot can keep small roll without overflowing

3.30 minutes or so, a pot of fragrant purple potato porridge will be cooked. It's my secret script to add ice sugar in the water instead of when the fire is about to turn off. Otherwise, the porridge will be slack and water will come out

4. Sprinkle dried osmanthus again, really, I have never drunk such sweet and mellow congee!

Purple sweet potato nest

Material Science

Purple potato, corn flour, white flour, egg, white sugar.

practice

1. Purple potato, white corn flour, some sugar, an egg. Just get together.

2. After 20 minutes, the dough begins to shape.

3. Put a layer of oil on the curtain and put the purple potatoes inside one by one.

4. Put some water in the pot. After boiling, put the curtain on it and steam for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

(Note: if the water content is high when the purple potato is steamed, do not add eggs. You can mix it up for a while and add eggs if you need. )

Purple sweet potato cake

Materials: 220g purple potato, 500g warm water, 90g sugar, 8g agar

practice

1. After steaming, peel the sweet potato and mix it with 300g warm water in a blender.

2. Soak the agar in ice water, drain it and put it in the pot with warm water, then boil it in a small fire to melt it.

3. Pour the purple potato into the pot, add in the sugar and boil for another 5 minutes. Keep stirring.

4. Pour it into a clean container, refrigerate it until it solidifies, and then take out the cut piece.
