Chives shredded meat

Ingredients: 200g pork, 100g leek, 5ml soy sauce, 3G starch, water mixed into waterbean powder, 5g refined salt, 8ml vinegar, 30ml fresh soup (or water), 50ml vegetable oil, 1g monosodium glutamate

practice

1. Clean the leek and cut it into 3 cm long sections.

2. Cut the pork with a fat to lean ratio of 2:8 into 0.3cm thick silk, put it into a bowl, add a little salt and water bean powder, mix well.

3. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, waterbean powder, monosodium glutamate and fresh soup into sauce sauce.

Fried egg with leek

Materials: 200g leek, 2 eggs, proper salt, proper cooking oil
