Papaya

Chicken slices with papaya and Sydney

1. Prepare 1 Sydney (about 300g), 100g papaya, 100g chicken breast, and some scallion slices;

2. Wash and slice the chicken breast, marinate it for about 20 minutes with bittern and starch, and then spread it with a little edible oil;

3. Peel, core and slice Sydney, soak in light salt water for 5 minutes, then drain;

4. Peel and slice papaya, marinate with a little salt for 2-3 minutes, rinse with water for use;

5. Put a proper amount of cooking oil in the pot until it is 60% hot, put in the scallion slices and stir fry, put in the pear slices and stir fry slightly;

6. Add chicken slices, rice wine, salt and monosodium glutamate, stir fry well;

7. Put in papaya slices and stir fry slightly. Thicken the sauce and leave the pot.

Papaya and almond tofu

1. Prepare 50g papaya, 10g agar, a can of almond dew, 10 wild almonds and a proper amount of ice sugar;

2. Peel and seed papaya and cut it into cubes;

3. Pour 500ml clear water into the boiling pot and put some sugar in it. After the sugar dissolves completely, boil it for 2-3 minutes and leave it on the fire. Put it in the container to cool;

4. Wash 10 g agar slightly, soak it in 200 ml cold water for 10 minutes, then pour it into the boiling pot;

5. Boil the agar on the fire;

6. Add almonds to the pot, boil them and stir them well. When they are slightly opened, remove them from the fire. Put them into containers (preferably ceramic bowls or glasses) and let them stand for about two hours to solidify before eating;

7. When eating, use a knife to cut almond tofu into diamond shaped pieces, put on papaya and almonds, and then pour in iced sugar water.

Tremella fuciformis

1. Prepare 200g of sweet potato, 150g of papaya, 50g of tremella, 50g of almond and 50g of rock sugar;

2. Wash the sweet potato and papaya, peel and cut into pieces;

3. Put the sweet potato, tremella and crystal sugar into the casserole, add some water and boil, then simmer for 10 minutes;

4. Put in papaya and almond, boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 3 minutes, then leave the pot.
