Sweet, sour and spicy lotus root slices

Ingredients: lotus root, 2 knots (500g), onion, 1 / 4 root, ginger, small garlic, 5 petals of pepper, a small handful of dried red pepper, about 30 roots, 1 star anise

Method: 1) peel and wash the lotus root and cut it into 3mm thick slices. Peel ginger and slice, peel garlic and pat it to pieces, and slice scallion for standby.
