Spinach

Spinach and egg

1. Wash and drain spinach, cut into small sections.

2. Beat up the eggs, add a little salt and oil and mix well.

3. Cut the ginger and garlic.

4. Heat the oil in a hot pot, fry the egg mixture and set it aside.

5. Heat up the oil again and saute the ginger and garlic.

6. Stir fry spinach.

7. Stir fry spinach and season with a little salt.

8. Stir in the eggs and turn off the heat.

Spinach

1. Wash spinach and blanch in boiling water with salt. Drain

2. Mix in a little salt

3. Heat the oil in the pot and put in the dried pepper. Stir fry the pepper

4. Stir in spinach while it's hot

Tip: spinach should be fished out immediately after boiling water, otherwise, it will be cured.
