Cooking skills:

1. This moon cake doesn't need to be whipped, so the butter must be softened thoroughly, so that it's as soft as a paste that can't be picked up, so it's easy to mix with other materials;

2. Make sure to refrigerate the dough before operation, which is convenient and good shape. If the operation is slow and the dough becomes soft, it can be refrigerated again;

Ingredients: pineapple 600g, wax gourd 600g

Accessories: sugar 50g, maltose 25g

Specific operation:

1. Peel and seed the wax gourd and cut it into small pieces. Boil the water in the pot and put it in the wax gourd for about 10 minutes (the water should not exceed the wax gourd), until the wax gourd becomes transparent. Take it out and let it cool. Wrap it in cloth and squeeze out the juice;

Cooking skills:

1. I prefer the stuffing that is smoother, so I use a cooking machine to break it into mud and boil it again. This kind of stuffing has more water and takes a long time to boil. If I like the feeling of big fruit, I can chop it with a knife and boil it directly.
