From the color perspective, except for Maotai flavor liquor, the general Baijiu should be colorless and transparent. If the wine is packaged in porcelain bottle or colored glass bottle, open it after shaking slightly, and observe its color and sediment.

Although the outer packaging of some fake wine can confuse the real with the fake, the degree of the wine is not necessarily consistent with the genuine, which can be identified by shaking.
