Method:

1. Remove impurities and pedicels from fresh Osmanthus fragrans.

2. Add 20g salt into Osmanthus fragrans.

9. Take a basin of water and soak osmanthus with gauze overnight. (about 12 hours)

12. Add 500g sugar.

13. Mix the sugar and Osmanthus fragrans well. Basically, you can see a lot of white particles.

14. Put the mixed Osmanthus fragrans into a clean glass bottle and press it tightly with a spoon.

15. Pour a spoonful of white wine on the top of the bottle.

16. Cover the bottle tightly and store it in the refrigerator for about 15 days.
