Raw materials:
12 wonton skins, 1 banana, 1 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp water, 2 tbsp seasoning, 2 tbsp salad dressing and 0.5 tbsp tomato sauce.
Method:
1. Peel the bananas, cut them in half, and then cut 6 pieces in each section. A total of 12 pieces are reserved. Mix flour and water to make a batter.
2. Take a piece of wonton skin and flatten it. Place the banana section on the diagonal line. Roll it up. Then apply paste on both sides to fix the seal. Apply a little paste on both sides. Press the opening tightly. Mix the seasonings evenly.
3. Preheat the oven to 180-200 ℃, put the wonton banana roll in, bake for about 15 minutes, take it out and put it on a plate, then dip it in the seasoning.
