Golden pumpkin cake for children and parents

1. Wash the pumpkin, peel and remove the flesh, cut into thin slices, and heat it in the microwave oven for about 10 minutes (you can use chopsticks to judge whether the pumpkin is ripe). 3. Take the egg sized dough, rub it round and press it flat, then wrap it in the right amount of red bean stuffing, tighten it tightly, gently rub it round and press it flat to make a small round cake. So repeatedly, all the dough and fillings are used up;

4. Dip the two sides of the pumpkin cake with white sesame;

5. Pour a little oil into the pan, heat up, put the pumpkin pie in, and fry over medium low heat until both sides are golden.

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces, cook and mash it. Don't put too much water in it.

2. Add glutinous rice flour and a small amount of milk to form a dough. It's better to knead it dry. A small amount of edible oil can also be added to the dough to make the finished product more glossy.

3. In fact, you can see that the above two steps of pumpkin cake are the same as making small pumpkins, but the processing is different in this step: flatten the pumpkin dough and fry it to make pumpkin cake.

4. Use toothpick or other similar tools to press out patterns on pumpkin cake, or decorate the top of pumpkin cake with medlar or raisin.
