Spicy squid must be the first healthy food for nourishing stomach in autumn

1. After washing the garlic stalk, put it on the chopping board to control the excess water, and then cut it into 3cm long segments with a knife.

2. Soak dry red pepper in clean hot water for 10-15 minutes.

3. Cut the pickled pepper into 1cm wide segments with scissors.

4. Cut the scallion and ginger into slices.

5. Pour corn starch, flour and a little salt into a large bowl.

6. Pour in proper amount of water and stir until the paste is mushy.

7. Wash the squid and cut it into 5cm long segments. Put aside to control the moisture.

8. Put squid in the batter prepared in step 6, heat the oil and fry it.

9. Turn off the fire after the paste on the surface of squid whiskers has been shaped, remove and filter oil.

10. Leave the bottom oil in the pan and stir fry with scallion, ginger and pepper to give out the fragrance.

11. Pour in garlic sprouts, stir fry for a few times, then add salt to taste.

12. Finally, pour in the shaped squid whiskers in step 9, stir fry with high heat for several times, then turn off the fire, and the spicy and crisp squid whiskers will come out of the pot!
