Table top three cups of chicken and three cups of seasoning

1. Wash chicken wings, remove hair and cut into pieces

2. From the oil pan, add 1 / 2 cup sesame oil, add ginger, garlic and dry pepper to saute (I use a cup of about 200 ml, or use ordinary oil to make it, and finally pour in one or two spoonfuls of sesame oil)

3. Fry chicken wings (I didn't put a full cup of oil because chicken wings can produce oil)

4. Fry until both sides of chicken wings are slightly yellow, pour in a cup of rice wine and a cup of soy sauce, cover and simmer over low heat

5. Add a handful of fresh basil after thickened, cover and simmer for 5 minutes
