Every delicious food of Shandong small tofu is a story of time

1. First look at the raw materials: soybeans soaked overnight; chopped sea rice; washed radish and cherry seeds.

2. 250 grams of soybeans, soak overnight, into the blender, fill in water about 1 cm, the more broken the better.

3. Pour the broken soymilk into the pot, simmer slowly for about 10-20 minutes, stirring continuously during the period.

4. Until the water in the soybean milk is boiled dry, the smell of beans is gone.

5. Wash radish and cherry, blanch for 1 minute, cool and chop.

6. Do not put oil in the pot, directly pour about 500ml of water into the pot, add radish and cherry seeds; pour in lazy tofu, add salt; chicken essence; pour in the sea rice.

7. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
