A new method of tofu with unique shape in schoolbox

1. Cut tofu into 1cm thick, 4cm square, diced green and red pepper, ham diced, bean sprouts washed and set aside;

2. Add egg white, beef powder, soy sauce, salt and pepper into the mashed meat. Stir in one direction until the top is firm;

3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the bean curd, fry the bean curd until golden yellow, take it out and absorb the oil with oil absorbing paper;

4. Blanch leek leaves with boiling water;

5. Take a piece of tofu, put a proper amount of meat paste, cover with a piece of tofu, and tie it with leek leaves;

6. Make all the tofu boxes in turn;

7. Heat the oil in the pan, add diced ham and bean sprouts to stir fry;

8. In the pot, add soup to bring to a boil, add salt to seasoning, add tofu box to bring to a boil, change to medium heat and simmer for 8 minutes;

9. Add in green and red pepper, thicken with starch, sprinkle in black pepper, mix gently with shovel, and take out of pot.
