The classic collocation of glutinous rice and brown sugar is not out of date

1. Glutinous rice flour with appropriate amount of water, knead into smooth dough, should be dry rather than wet, wake up for more than ten minutes;

2. Peanuts roll rotten;

3. Knead the glutinous rice into several small dough, which is one or two circles smaller than the usual dumplings with stuffing;

4. After boiling the water, boil the glutinous rice balls until they float. Remove the supercooled water and set aside;

5. Put brown sugar and water in the pot;

6. Cook for about 2 minutes, then turn into red syrup;

7. Put in glutinous rice balls and shake the small pot;

8. Boil it for another minute or two. Turn it over and sprinkle it with chopped peanuts.
