Stir fried cabbage with shrimp

1. Wash the fresh shrimp, open the back to remove the shrimp thread, and cut off the shrimp gun, shrimp whisker and shrimp claw

2. When cutting the shrimp gun, cut it deeper to expose the shrimp brain

3. Wash the Chinese cabbage leaves, tear them into pieces by hand, and control the water content slightly

4. Slice scallion, ginger and garlic

5. Cut the coriander leaves

6. Start the frying pan, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, heat the pan, cool the oil and low heat, stir fry the fresh shrimp, and press the shrimp head with the spatula while frying

11. Add vanilla leaves and stir fry well
