2. The cooked sesame is crushed with a rolling pin and mixed with pepper salt and ginger powder.

3. If the sesame paste is thin, it can be used directly. If it is dry, heat the sesame oil and pour it into the sesame paste and mix it well.

4. Millet flour + water, mix into a paste.

5. Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil, and pour in the millet batter.

6. After boiling again, turn to low heat and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring continuously.

7. Cook to the consistency you like and turn off the heat.

8. Put into a bowl, pour a layer of sesame paste on the surface, sprinkle sesame pepper and salt, and open.
