Almond bean curd, a well-known snack in Beijing in summer

1. Agar can be used according to the proportion on the package instructions. I think the agar taste is strong, so I use less agar properly;

2. Soak agar in water until soft and rinse several times. Add about 200ml water into the pot and heat it over low heat until it melts;

3. Pour the melted agar into a cup and set aside;

4. Pour a bag of milk into a small milk pot;

5. Add another jar of almond syrup;

6. Like sweet friends can be appropriate to add some sugar. Small and medium heat slowly until slightly bubbling, then leave the fire;

7. Pour agar solution into boiled almond solution and mix well;

8. Pour the mixed almond bean curd into the container, cool it, put the lid on the back cover and refrigerate until it solidifies. It took me about two hours to solidify;

9. Lay a layer of fresh-keeping bag on the chopping board, and buckle the frozen almond bean curd upside down on the fresh-keeping bag, which is sanitary and convenient to pick up;

10. Cut off the irregular corners. If you are using a container that is right angled, this step can be omitted. Or eat at home directly with a knife;

11. If you like modeling, you can carve the shape with the mold. That is, when you pick it up, you need to be careful to avoid breaking it;

12. Add a little sugar osmanthus into the container, turn it into boiled water, and put the almond bean curd into it. You can also directly pour sweet osmanthus on almond tofu.
