1. Pour the refined flour into the basin, add the alkali water and dough, after the dough is cooked, rub it into a 10 cm long round bar, dip it in the water, put it into the sieve hole of the cone bed, press the surface into the boiling water pot, and then pull it out after boiling, pass the clear cold water, and mix some cooking oil for standby.

2. Stir fry the sauce with hot oil to make it fragrant. Stir fry the onion, garlic and ginger for a while, and then stir fry the diced meat for later use (commonly known as "saozi").

3. Put the sauteed saozi into the pot and cook it slowly.

4. Put some black sauce in the pork soup and color it. When the soup is boiled, put less leek or spinach, take out the pressed and cooked noodles, pour two spoonfuls of saozi, and then put less vinegar for immediate consumption.
