1. Gilding tablet is soaked in water;
2. Add sugar to milk and heat over a low heat (no boiling, just warm);
3. Squeeze the extra water out of the soft gelatin tablet and add it to the milk;
4. Stir well with a spoon, and let the gilding tablets completely blend into the milk. Let it cool for use;
5. Cut off a small part of the top of papaya, and then use a small spoon to gently dig out the middle seed;
6. Pour the milk into papaya gently, cover the top of the lid, wrap the plastic wrap, and refrigerate for two hours;
7. After the milk is completely solidified, take it out and cut it into small pieces;
Add: the amount of milk can be adjusted according to the size of papaya, usually the medium size of 200ml is enough.
