Sichuan cold noodles: a popular street snack

1. Cut or rub cucumber into silk;

2. Mix sugar and vinegar, raw soy sauce and sesame oil together (the proportion of sugar and vinegar is slightly larger);

3. Put the south into the pot and cook until it is about 9 years old (the noodles are slightly hard) and remove it;

4. Take out the cooked noodles and quickly put them into the cold boiled water (or pure water);

TIPS:

1. Alkali noodles are noodles made with alkali powder;

2. The cooked noodles are mixed with sesame oil after cold water to prevent the noodles from sticking and taste more refreshing;

3. Don't eat the noodles for too long after they are mixed with seasoning. The taste of noodles will not be good if they are soaked for a long time.
