Origin of the name: when it comes to Taiwan snacks, many people immediately associate with duxiaoyue Danzai noodles. Yes, it's almost the most famous snack in Tainan. Why is it called Du Xiaoyue? It turns out that more than 90 years ago, a fisherman surnamed Hong from Zhangzhou immigrated to Fucheng and lived by fishing. From Qingming to mid autumn every year, it is the off-season for fishing, which is called Xiaoyue. In order to support the family and survive the small moon, the fisherman surnamed Hong started selling noodles, hence his name. Because of its unique taste, it gradually sold its fame and became a popular famous food in Taiwan. Now, the Hong family has reached the third generation, and business is still booming.

Characteristics:

The biggest characteristic of dangzai noodles is its shy meat. In the early days, the boss carried bowls, chopsticks and pots to sell everywhere, and the buyer sat on a small stool to eat. Today, the seller still uses a small stove to burn charcoal to cook meat. In addition, a shrimp with delicious taste is added. Although it is such a small bowl, it has unique flavor and endless aftertaste.
