In the past, the tofu milk that we used to buy was dipped in the bread. Today, it's the tofu hot sauce made of tender tofu, which I think is very delicious when dipped in the bread and toast.
1. Soak mushrooms and black fungus and cut into shreds. Tofu is cut into smaller pieces at will. Wash and cut the chives into pieces.
