Stir fried melon seeds at home will not catch fire

In the new year's day, there are so many gourmet dishes that are essential to produce new sugar. In the past, it was easy to get angry when eating more melon seeds. Today, I teach you a way to stir fry melon seeds at home. It's simple, delicious and not afraid of getting angry.

Practice:

1. Put the melon seeds into the big scoop, put it under the water pipe and wash the dust off the top; then put it into the pot and add water, and the melon seeds will float up after adding water, so just press the melon seeds with the scoop and see if the water can pass the melon seeds. Then put salt and stir well. It's better to taste the boiled water after living in the pot. Be sure to salt it a little or the boiled seeds will not taste good.

2. Put the spices directly into the pot or put them in a seasoning bag. After the pot is opened in a large heat, boil for 20 minutes in a small heat, turn off the heat, soak until the water is completely cool, and then use a leaky spoon to remove and control the water for a while.

3. Cut a piece of square gauze and fold it, sew the bottom edge and the other side with needle and thread, then turn it over and turn the seam into the bag, and an open rectangular gauze bag is ready.

4. Put the boiled melon seeds into the bag (only when the bag is 7 minutes full, so that the bag can be spread flat to facilitate the circulation of heat in the bag), tie the bag mouth, then lay the bag flat and spread it evenly on the heating to dry it. It will take about 3 days, and it must be dried to taste good. Turn the bag over every day;

5. If there is no heating, you can put the boiled melon seeds into the frying pan and stir fry until they are dry; or you can put them into the baking tray and spread them out, then bake them with 100 degree goods until they are dry, about an hour.
