Making dumplings at home with dumpling powder

Winter is the season for eating dumplings at home. I shared a traditional way of making dumplings before. Some friends are too troublesome in the reaction process. Today, I'd like to share a simple way of making dumplings.

1. Prepare a bag of rice balls, fry the peanuts, cool them, sift out the peanuts' coat, and then crush the peanuts.

2. Pour sugar, peanuts and lard into the bowl. Stir well. Pour the dumpling powder into the bowl. Add some water and knead the noodles.

3. Start to wrap the dumplings, put some water in the pot, and put the dumplings into the pot after the water is boiled. Wait for the dumpling to float and then fish it out.
