Today, I want to share with you this yam snack, which we all call the small capital eating method of yam. In winter, yams are everywhere in groups. They need to be changed to make a different snack. They can be used as an extra meal or afternoon tea.

Practice:

1. Steamed Yam peeled, bacon, butter, diced separately. Mix the flour, beat the salt and sugar, add the butter, and rub into crumbs. Add in the egg milk and add in the bacon yam, then mix into a ball.

2. Loosen the plastic wrap for 15 minutes, spread some dry flour, roll it into pieces, fold it two or three times. Roll it into 2-3cm thick, cut it into shape with cutting die, put it in the baking tray with tin paper, and brush the surface with egg liquid.

3. Preheat the oven to 190 ℃, middle layer, about 20 minutes.
