Making yoghurt with the heat preservation function of electric rice cooker

How to make yoghurt with electric cooker? I saw that other people used yoghurt machine to make yoghurt some time ago, and I wondered if I could use other methods to replace the yoghurt machine. Now I finally found the fake yoghurt machine 'home electric cooker'. The method is also quite simple, which only needs the heat preservation function of the electric rice cooker.

Practice:

1. Find a suitable size container, first scald it with boiling water, pour in milk and yoghurt fermentation powder;

2. The small particles of the starter can't be seen if it is stirred well;

3. Put a shelf in the inner pot of the electric rice cooker, add the boiling water, and the water volume is consistent with the height of the shelf;

4. Put in the milk with yogurt powder, close the lid (do not seal, just close it), put in the inner pot of the electric rice cooker, and close the lid for three stages.

The first stage: leave it alone. Let the yoghurt ferment at the temperature of hot water for 3 hours.

The second stage: power on, set the thermal insulation function of the electric rice cooker, time: 2 hours.

The third stage: cut off the power and leave it alone for 5 hours.
