1. After washing, soak the dried soybeans in water for 3-4 hours or overnight. Heat the soaked soybeans in a small pot until they are boiling, then turn the heat to a low heat and cook for about 15 minutes until the soybeans are fully cooked.

2. Take a proper amount of boiled soybeans and put them into the cup, and add drinking water at the same time. The amount of water should be controlled at the amount you can drink.

3. Pour the soybeans and water into the blender, stir for 3 minutes, and the soymilk will be ready. Do not use the filter screen to filter out the nutritious soybean dregs. In 3 minutes, all the dregs can be broken.
