This tiaotou cake is said to be a street snack in Shanghai, but my friends in Shanghai didn't buy it at all. I asked some friends in the food industry and found that they said it's very similar to rolling with a donkey. It's very convenient to make. Everything is ready-made as long as it's steamed with a simple operation.

How to make snow flake cake:

1. Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, oil and water and steam for 20 minutes.

2. Take it out, cool it for a while until it's not hot, and spread a layer of coconut evenly on the silicone pad.

3. Pour the batter on the coconut, spread it out, and control the thickness by yourself. Take some bean paste and spread it on the glutinous rice paste, roll it around, and then squeeze it tightly, cut it off, and repeat the operation.

4. The finished roll can be rubbed evenly by hand, then cut into small strips, and rolled in a circle of coconut.
