The way of making rice cake in microwave oven

In recent years, I have introduced a lot of ways to use microwave oven to make delicious food. Now I find that microwave oven is really omnipotent. I have successfully made rice cake. In the process of making, I don't use the steam that rice cake should use, which is the best in my opinion.

Rice cake method:

1. Wash and soak 1000 g of glutinous rice and 250 g of Japonica rice, then add water to grind them into powder, and put them into cloth bags to dry water.

2. Put the powder into the basin, add 50 grams of lard, sugar and osmanthus paste, mix well.

4. After cooling, cut into long cubes, then put them into peanut oil pan and fry them in medium heat.

Microwave version of the New Year cake: a glutinous rice flour, a sticky rice flour, a water, add some sugar, stir into a paste. Put it in the microwave for a minute and stir it up. One more minute, and then take it out and stir it. Until the dough like dumpling dough hardness. Sprinkle dried osmanthus and knead to form.
