Memories of the 80's snacks, spiced peanuts

I remember when I was a kid, my snacks included red peel, figs, cranberry powder, kelp, gummy candy, sugar melon and so on, but the most valuable one was this classic five fragrant peanuts. This is a snack from the 50s, mom and dad to the 80s. It's easy to make. It only needs three steps, i.e. soaking, frying and airing. It's a classic snack -- spiced peanuts.

Method of spiced peanuts:

1. Raw peanuts (with red clothes), add a little salt, star anise, pepper, onion and ginger, warm water, soak for 20 minutes (if you like the five strong fragrance, you can add star anise).

2. After soaking, drain the water, dry the pan (evenly heated) and add salt.

3. Peanuts, stir fry until the salt is evenly wrapped on the peanuts, then turn the peanuts from time to time, until you hear the crackling sound, pinch a peanut, the red coat can easily fall off, then turn off the fire, weigh the peanuts, and throw away the salt. The peanuts just out of the pot are not crispy. They should be dried completely before they are crispy.
