1. Wash all materials for future use.
2. Peel the pumpkin, remove the flesh, and plane it into silk.
3. Marinate for a while.
4. When pumpkin shreds are softened, add flour, pepper and water and mix well.
5. Heat a non stick pan, apply some oil, and pour in some batter.
6. Fry over medium and low heat until both sides are golden and ripe.
