Stewed noodles with shredded beans, vegetables, meat and staple food

1. Tear the hairless bean into 3 cm segments. Cut the meat. Sliced scallion and ginger. Chop the green garlic.

2. Pot hot oil, add onion and ginger pan. Stir fry with meat and add a little vinegar immediately,

4. Scoop out most of the soup for use. Spread half of the noodles on kidney beans, sprinkle with a little oil, and then spread on the remaining noodles.

5. Evenly sprinkle the soup on the surface every 2-3 minutes, three to four times, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
