1. Cut the coriander and carrot into small pieces. Beat well with the egg and add a little salt.
2. Apply a thin layer of oil to the non stick pot, pour in half of the egg liquid, shake the pot and spread it evenly.
3. When the edge is raised, turn it over quickly and then solder it.
4. Brand the remaining egg liquid as above.
