Steamed rice with carrot and minced meat

1. Soak the rice for about half a day after washing and fully drain the water.

2. Blanch carrot and mushroom slices

3. Blanch carrots and mushrooms, then supercooled, squeeze dry and cut into pieces

4. Mix the minced vegetables, minced meat, scallion and cooking wine

5. Mix the minced meat with rice, add soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and a little sugar

6. Mix the rice and lard well. (lard can be omitted and added more fragrant)

7. Pour the rice into the steamer covered with tin paper and steam for about 30 minutes.
