Stewed rice with mushroom and egg

1) Soak mushrooms in 40 ℃ warm water, wash them and chop them for later use. Cut the shallots and ginger into equal sized pieces.

2) Cut the streaky pork into smaller strips which are thicker than the soybean sprouts. Chop the sprouts for use.

3) In the pot, pour in the oil. First, put the chopped shallot and ginger into the stir fry. Then, pour in the chopped mushrooms and sprouts and stir fry for 2 minutes,

5) Pour the fried streaky pork, chopped mushrooms and sprouts into the Philips electric rice pot, and then pour in the clear water,

6) Do not go over the surface of the ingredients, pour in the raw soy sauce, mix the old soy sauce and put the lid on it, press the "stew / stew" key, and select "stew".

7) After stewing, open the lid, put in the peeled eggs, then close the lid, and simmer with the remaining temperature for a while.
