Oil free rice cake can be a staple snack

1. Mix all ingredients, mix well, pound rice with a rolling pin for a while, pounding rice grain can increase viscosity and make the taste more even;

2. Spread the rice on the plastic film, and then cover the surface with a plastic film;

3. Use a rolling pin to roll the rice under the plastic film, roll it as thin as possible, and the rice area will be many times larger;

4. After rolling out, remove the plastic wrap for use. Put a little oil on the bottom of the pot. If the pot is not stained with good effect, do not put any oil (I did not put a drop of oil). Put the rice rolled into thin slices into the pot and burn it in a small heat;

5. It can be flipped when the basic molding is pushed, flipped several times, until the rice cake is burnt yellow and slightly dry. If you like it harder, you can extend the soldering time;

6. You can eat it by biting it directly, or you can use a mold to buckle a shape. If you can't finish eating it, put it in a fresh-keeping box and seal it for storage. Otherwise, it will soften and taste better when it's not hard~
