1. Wash and cut the green pepper, tomato and mushroom into small particles, put them into a non stick pot and stir fry with black pepper, then dish up.
2. Put the eggs into a bowl, mix them with salt, pour them into a hot oil pan, spread them into a circle, and then pour 1 into the egg mixture half a minute later.
3. When the egg skin is golden, wrap the egg skin into a semicircle and turn off the fire.
