Fried rice noodles with shredded chicken and cucumber

1. Wash the chicken leg, remove the skin, bone and cut into strips, wash and slice the mushrooms and cabbage, wash and cut the carrot, pumpkin and onion into shreds, and wash and cut the onion into sections for standby.

2. Soak rice noodles and shrimps in hot water for standby.
