Lazy people can only eat spicy Sichuan noodles

1. Grind prickly ash and hemp pepper into powder with a blender, sift the hard shell with a face sieve, cut the scallion and ginger into powder, and cut the cucumber into shreds;

2. Stir in the oil from the pot, stir fry the minced meat until the meat is fragrant, then stir fry the minced meat until the meat is fragrant;

3. Add pepper powder (less than half of the amount can be added if you don't like the smell of hemp), and fried pepper powder;

4. Stir fry the minced meat, add the soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, five flavor powder, bean paste, oyster sauce, salt and some boiling water, cook slowly over medium heat until it is thick (or starch hook with water);

Warm tip: can also be pepper noodles and pepper noodles together, fried with incense and other sauce mix food, the effect is good. Vegetables can also be matched with other vegetables, such as spinach or rape, but blanch well in advance.
