The same cucumber makes a different taste

1. Cut the garlic into small pieces and press it into minced garlic.

2. Wash the cucumber, pat it loose with a knife and cut into small pieces.

3. Peel the eggs and cut them into small pieces with a knife.

4. Add the seasoning to the small bowl of minced garlic.

5. Put the cucumber in a larger basin, pour in the mixed juice and mix well.

6. Finally add the preserved egg, coriander and chopped red pepper and mix well.

The cucumber is irregular shape after flapping with a knife. It tastes better than directly cutting.
