Northeast crispy real egg that I like all of a sudden

When eating this snack, I didn't notice that it was made of eggs at all. At first, I couldn't see it from the color, but I felt delicious. At last, I heard that this excellent crispy egg is a famous snack in Northeast China.

Practice:

1. When the eggs are ready, put them into a small stainless steel basin, pour in the alkali noodles and stir continuously. Add two teaspoons of water and stir continuously until the eggs change color and turn red.

2. Put the mixed red egg liquid into the steamer and steam for 10 minutes (the steaming time is determined by your own pot). The steamed egg is obviously green, then shovel it out with a shovel and cut it into strips for standby.

3. Put olive oil in the pot. When the oil is 5% hot, pour in the cut egg and stir fry for 5 minutes. Then add cumin and salt and stir fry again. Add some chili noodles. Finally, put in the cooked sesame seeds and get out of the pot.
