Peanut nougat method:

1. The peanuts are roasted, dried and peeled. The maltose, sugar and water are poured into the pot and boiled over medium low heat to 140 ℃, which will take a long time, about 1 hour

2. When the sugar is about to be cooked, whisk the egg white to the hard one, pour the syrup slowly into the egg white, and continue to beat the egg white

3. Beat until the egg syrup is very thick and almost cannot be stirred. Pour in peanut kernel and stir evenly

4. Stir until it feels dry and non sticky. Put the sugar in the oiled mold or on the butter paper

5. Flatten the surface and take out the cut piece (it's better to take out the cut piece after flattening, it's a long time, the sugar will be very crisp, not very good to cut)
