The method of wonton with crab seeds in soup
1. The fresh shrimps are defrosted after quick freezing, peeled off the shrimps' shells, cut the shrimps' heads and mixed with minced meat. Add eggs, crab seeds, some raw soy sauce, cooking wine, ground fish meal, pepper, a little chicken essence and sugar, and some raw meal. Mix them in one direction until they are glued to form wonton filling.
