A detailed method of frosting peanuts for classic snacks

1. Put the peanut kernel into the pot (without oil), stir fry it with a small fire, and take it out to cool;

2. Pour water and sugar into the clean pot, turn to a small fire after the sugar melts, boil until there are many bubbles in the syrup, and use the spatula to dip a little syrup to catch it and lead it out;

3. Pour in the previously fried peanut kernel, quickly turn it with a spatula while sifting in the starch with a sieve spoon, wait for the syrup in the pot to solidify the peanut surface and hang on the white frost, then out of the pot, sift out the excess starch, wait for it to cool and become crisp before eating.

Experience sharing:

1. When frying peanuts, the fire should not be too big, especially after the peanuts make the sound of "crack", pay special attention to the small fire power, so as not to burn; it can also be fried, but it is not easy to gain weight after eating the dried peanuts;

2. When boiling syrup, the firepower should be well controlled. When the syrup begins to thicken, you must use a small fire;

3. The peanuts just out of the pot don't taste very crispy. Don't worry. They will become crispy when they are cooled completely;

4. If you want to hang a thicker frost, you can increase the amount of sugar and starch;

5. You can also stir fry the peanuts and cool them according to your preference, then rub them to remove the red clothes.
