Sesame paste

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons sesame paste, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 3-4 tablespoons cold boiled water, 1 tablespoon garlic puree.

Method: mix all materials well, then add some cucumber and carrot as ingredients according to personal preference.

Application: it can be used to drizzle the sauce of dangzai noodles, dry noodles, marinated meat rice, or hot vegetables.

Garlic sauce

Ingredients: 50g original peanut, 80g white sesame, 3 tablespoons garlic crispy, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 / 2 cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.

Practice:

1. Bake peanuts and white sesame respectively (or stir fry them), and grind them together with garlic crisp and sesame oil in a grinding bowl, or put them into a conditioning machine or bowl and beat them into oil mud for use;

2. Stir all seasonings and mix them with the materials in practice I to complete the sauce;

3. Add some garlic and onion to the noodles.

Main ingredients: pork (also applicable to other meat, such as beef and mutton) seasoning: salt, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, oil, pepper, chili powder and cumin

Practice:
