A snack for my beloved wife: Dongrong wife cake

Wives do housework very hard every day. In order to reward their wives, they make a wife cake to give their beloved wife a snack. There are three steps to make a wife cake: Lard method, winter stuffing method and wife pie method stuffing.

Lard practice:

1. Wash the fat pork, add about 1 tablespoon of water, put it in the pot and boil it over low heat;

2. Cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn it over with a spoon, then cover and cook until the fat turns golden yellow. If you can't fry the oil, leave the fire;

3. Pour out the fried lard without fat residue. Refrigerate the oil in the refrigerator until it turns white;

The method of filling with winter paste

Practice:

1. Heat the pot without oil, put sesame and coconut into the white pot and stir fry it;

2. Pour out the sesame and coconut, and then fry the glutinous rice powder in the pot until it is tiny;

3. Peel the wax gourd and cut the seeds into small pieces, add about 2 tablespoons of water, put the blender into the paste;

4. Pour the wax gourd into a clean pot, boil it over high heat until most of the water evaporates, then turn the low heat to add sugar and continue cooking, stirring while cooking;

5. When the water is dried, stir in the previously fried glutinous flour, coconut and sesame, and then leave the fire;

6. After the stuffing is fried, wrap it with plastic wrap and cool it completely, then refrigerate it for more than 45 minutes;

Wife pie filling:

1. Mix the materials of the tarpaulin and the pastry respectively to form a smooth dough, seal it with a fresh-keeping bag and let it stand for 30 minutes;

2. Divide the relaxed dough into about 16 parts and rub them into circles;

3. Press the tare into a circle and wrap it into the pastry, rub the circle and close the mouth downward;

4. Press the wrapped dough into a long tongue shape with a rolling pin, then roll it up from top to bottom, cover it with fresh-keeping paper and relax for 15 minutes;

5. Press the relaxed dough into a long shape, roll it up and down, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes;

6. Take the stuffing out of the refrigerator and divide it into 16 parts,

7. Filling: press the loose dough into a circle, wrap it into the filling, rub it into a circle, close it down, flatten it slightly and put it in the baking tray;

8. Coat the dough with yolk liquid, then cut two holes on the surface with a knife, sprinkle a little white sesame seeds, put them into the preheated oven of 190 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, then put them out of the oven, cool them and eat them.

Note:

1. The quantity is about 16 or 7 finished products. I don't count the quantity. I don't remember it very clearly. The total weight of leather is about 35g, and the filling is 28g;

2. In the first step, do not rub the dough for too long to avoid gluten;

3. Bake it at 190 ℃ for 15 minutes, then turn it to 150 ℃ for another 15 minutes, so that the skin will be a little crispy.

It's very delicious. My wife would like to eat it.
