5. Roll up from the end of the dough. Roll and stretch the dough to make it as thin as possible and roll as many times as possible.

6. Roll it to the end and tighten it at the closing position. The procedure of rolling dough is very important. The more circles you roll, the more layers you make.

7. Cut the rolled dough into 6 pieces (the number of dough rolls must be more. If there are not enough rolls, each layer of dough and sesame paste will be too thick. When cutting, the sesame paste will flow out of the section).

8. For each cut dough, pinch the sections at both ends by hand to keep the mash filling out.

9. After kneading, let it rest for 15 minutes.

10. Put the dough on the operating table vertically and press it with the palm.

11. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a round cake shape.

12. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of water, dip the honey water with a brush and apply a thin brush on the surface of each round cake.

13. Press the side brushed with honey water into the white sesame to make the dough surface covered with white sesame.

14. Place the sticky sesame on the baking tray with the side facing up, put it into the oven with the temperature of 180 ℃ before heating up and down, bake for 18-20 minutes until the surface turns yellow and crisp, and then it will be out of the oven.
